Charles Hurst BMW motorad ltd Belfast Boucher road Belfast I don't recommend charles hurst bmw motorad s Belfast service on my 1250gs adventure because I had to ask for a receipt for a major service Inc adjusting valves and wasn't given one automatically that cost me over £400! They even marked the tyres with a yellow marker crayon on the tyres of the brake pads thicknesses that don't wash off just for spite because I didn't have them changed by them. Their Manager McCully was very unhelpful and abusive with regard to trying to get my luggage back that didn’t belong to them via a part exchanged via trust ford and their liaison officer Paula is quite abrupt, inconsiderate and of no help whatsoever!!! Prior to that they couldn’t sort out my Bmw 1000rr msport handling issue going to the nearside of the carriageway and at their previous branch their service dept adjusted the seat height too high on my bmw 1200gs adventure without me knowing and made it hard to handle my R1200.
