Found Charles Hobson on Google selling Loake shoes on sale, decided to give him a try. Whilst on the site i also ordered some Eton shirts (love Eton shirts, i have dozens of them). Like many I gained a kg or two during pandemic, so found i was in between sizes on the Eton shirts, sadly they had to be returned. Received a curt email from Charles Hobson on receipt of the shirts lambasting me on the condition they were returned and suggesting that they were no longer saleable. Im perplexed, i literally tried the shirts on and put them straight back in the packaging. Did you expect me to put the pins, shirt board and neck strip back in, then perfectly fold them into the packaging exactly as they arrived from the factory? Would you expect a customer to do that after trying on a shirt in your store? I suspect not. Shocking way to talk to a customer. First and last time i use them. In the meantime, i will revert to buying my shirts directly from Eton (or Harrods, Selfridges, Fenwick, House of Fraser, Flannels or any of the dozens of other options selling the brand).

Ordered on the 11th of Feb items came today I emailed to see when my item would be dispatched james emailed me back really fast.. their was a problem with the item I'd ordered been the wrong size but he managed to sort if for me and offered me a different top in the right size needed I can't thank you guys enough my other half is well chuffed with his new gear and we will certainly be ordering from you again. The customer service at this store is excellent! I had a manufacturing defect on one of the shoes that I purchased and when I notified the store of the defect, they sent a new pair instantly. 10/10 and I would recommend this store to anyone. Shoutout to Miriam for taking such good care of me :)
