I saw a pair of shoes I liked in the Burford branch but they didn't have my size, I asked if they could check the Cheltenham store for stock which they willingly did and the Cheltenham branch put them aside for me. On arrival back in Cheltenham, Janet, though incredibly busy, quickly found the shoes and was kind, very smiley (always helps) and efficient. Excellent service from both branches of Charles Clinkard.
