First time visiting due to a root canal tooth which has cracked. Had two X-rays, because the first was missing a few cm/s, the strip was digging in to my frenulum so I was trying to move it and the student mri nurse grabbed my lips to close my mouth on the second scan (not happy I moved my head). Had the tooth extraction two weeks later this time the student nurse I had was lovely and had given me two injections to numb the left side but as I could still feel it the main clinic dentist (Badge said Tim) came in with a third injection, without waiting for time to kick in, changed tools cracked the tooth (despite me saying I was in pain and could feel that putting pressure on my bottom front teeth - which are still in pain) brushed it of, said it was just the sound of the cracking (it was not and I said it was not) and carried on pulling. Once he was done he put the cloth in my mouth, said to bite down, which I was doing he waited 2 seconds and grabbed my chin to close my mouth. (I have had an extraction before and usually always loved going to the dentist before going to this place)

Gave me an appointment for today (12/02/2023) which is Sunday, I go around all of the hospital to look for an entrance -- turns out they're closed! Why would you even give an appointment out on a Sunday if you're closed? Tried ringing Charles Clifford multiple times - no answer.

Such a good place really was from the care to the booking in to all the staff at every department if I could give it more stars and the staff and students I really would booked in Tuesday for an appointment straight for an xray booked in next day for a tooth extraction super fast the staff are lovely and amazing with you to keep you carm you feel well looked after from start to finish such a great place it really is thank you all again for a caring experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

If I could I would give it more stars. The pre-appointment was brilliant, swiftly seen, informative, lovely and funny dentist. Then the having my tooth out appointment was brilliant too. How they manage to make it such a good experience, having a wisdom tooth out, is cause they are so personable and informative and soothing and competent! And they make you laugh and then they did the injections so efficiently and the tooth pulling in less than 5 seconds. Maybe it wasn't such a complicated tooth but it looked it to me! At the back and decaying! All done! Hardly any pain afterwards and healed in a day:) So Thank you very much Abs El_Awa, Adele Dickinson and Jordan Hanley. Brill people:)
