My daughter and I went to Charisma today to find my MOB dress Firstly I want to thank them for opening the shop especially for me on Good Friday as my daughter and I were finding it impossible to coordinate a day to shop due to work commitments Then the whole experience was wonderful - I felt so special - and in the end I came away with a dress I would never have chosen on my own but after trying many it was “The One”. Thank you so much for making my choice an easy one (in the end) your knowledge and advice was impressive and you knew which one suited me the best and although you didn’t sway my choice it was obvious in the end that your suggestion was right and I came away with a beautiful dress Thank you for everything Pictures will follow after the day xx

What an exceptional shop, such lovely staff and a wide range and variety of outfits. I told them the date and where the venue of the wedding was and allowed them with their experience to give valued advice. I came away really happy with my outfit, something I probably wouldn't have thought looked good on me, but actually really did! so it was well worth travelling to this amazing shop. I would highly recommend them.

My mum was looking for a mother of the bride outfit and from the start she was treated so well. It was Easy to book an appointment. Whilst at charisma Karen advised mum and picked a beautiful dress and hatinator giving guidance and reassurance. The appointment was 1-2-1 and she focused all her attention on finding mum the special dress. Although we didn’t take the dress that day we called at a later date and Debbie again was amazing allowed mum to try the dress again at short notice before buying the dress. After poor experiences elsewhere we will be sure to be using Charisma again and would highly recommend them.

Visited Charisma after a few unsuccessful shops but was overwhelmed with the selection of styles of dresses. After discussing Wedding venue & colour scheme the owner quickly knew what would be the best dress for me. We selected a lot of styles to try but when I showed the last dress, my daughter instantly said it was ‘The Dress’. Without knowing it was the dress the owner had in her mind, amazing. We left the shop very happy & excited with our purchase & I cannot wait to wear the beautiful dress for my daughter’s wedding. Thank you very much.

My beautiful Mother Of the Groom outfit I purchased over a year ago. I tried on many outfits with Debbie and was becoming disheartened,when suddenly this ensemble was put together. I put it on and knew instantly this was the outfit for me. I walked on air in it. I had so many comments on my outfit. How chic and sophisticated it was and how beautiful I looked. I really never thought a larger lady like myself could look and feel so wonderful in an outfit like this. The colour was never a colour I would chosen for myself, but again comments on the outfit and colour were wo wonderful to my ears. Thankyou Charisma you made me feel and look wonderful on my sons wedding day.
