DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!! I got my Vauxhall Corsa from this dealership back in December 2022. All was okay at first until March 2023 my car almost broke down on me, I thought it may have been the oil so I topped it up - it was dry. Absolutely no oil left in it so not sure how that happened in that small space of time. I got it home then tried to drive it the next day to my car exhaust smoking excessively. When I called the dealership they tried to say I possibly spilt oil that could be causing this. It was not. After getting it looked at myself it turned out the turbo had gone and the engine was damaged. My mechanic said he’s surprised my car even made it to the garage. Sent my car back to the dealership, they tried to tell me it was just the injectors even though I’d told them otherwise. After fixing this, a week later they tell me “oh actually the turbo has gone and it needs a new engine”. I did not get my car back for almost ONE WHOLE MONTH. I’m a carer in the community, I lost a lot of work in a cost of living crisis and a child to feed. They couldn’t care less and we had to pay for the repairs, we shouldn’t have had to pay anything. It felt very sexist on the phone, telling my dad one thing and then me another. Only a week after finally getting my car back, the clutch starts to go. Not only do I now need to replace the clutch (almost £800), when my mechanic finished looking at my car - he said whoever “fixed” my car didn’t tighten the suspension ball joints. Meaning I have been driving my 5 year old in an un-safe car. I am so lucky nothing bad happened and this was found before it did. Also found out that my two front tyres are completely bald which isn’t something I’ve caused in less than 4 months. I was sold a dodgy car without question. Absolutely disgusting how this place can be selling cars to people.
