    I honestly don't recommend this place.Atmosphere is horrible and food is dry.Fries were horrible and very hard.The girl who took our order had so much attitude.Once we sat down to eat they were talking very loud and the guy was stood by the gap in the kitchen was looking at me the whole time and it was a very uncomfortable experience. Didn't enjoy it at all.Tables were dirty.Dont go you'll honestly be disappointed!

    We were waiting for more then 30 minutes and when the food was ready , one of the staff member was not friendly at all and the food was soaked in oil that wasn’t even edible. Do not RECOMMEND!

    I bought a peri peri meal at about 1400 today. I had finished a movie and was buying a meal to take home with my family. I had eaten at this establishment once when it had newly opened, I had good memories of it and therefore decided to buy a meal here. As I had to travel a fair distance back home, my only request was to put the fries in a box to prevent spillage and keep them warm. Sadly a young serving lady who served me was for some reason angry and appeared visibly infuriated with my request. A man who I think was her manager appeared from the back and apologised. I said to him that in today's economy, it is vitally important to keep good customer service as the establishment will otherwise loose its customers. The young lady clearly was not happy and challenged me in front of customers as to why I was speaking about her to her coworker (I assume he was the manager). I told her I did not want to get into any heated discussion with her. I left her with some advice to reflect on her behaviour to the customer. I as yet can not comprehend why she was so angry ? It was a simple request that escalated for no reason. If you need to watch a life video about how not to handle customers and I think poor communication skills, this had to be it. It seemed other staff were probably frightened of her with their body language. Who knows ? The food was good though, the peri peri chicken was well marinated. And I have just enjoyed it at home. Would I come back again? I would be in two minds, I don't think I would want to face that young lady again, so I will decide on the day. It is very likely this establishment will continue to loose customers quickly if the front of store customer service continues to reflect their business in such a way.

    We ordered chicken strips and 2 burger meals ..One of the burgers served was actually ate by someone else before being given to us. Like literally a proper big bite taken. Even if it’s put down to human error I still feel disgusted as to why they would serve eaten burgers in the first place. No excuse for that. They swapped it for another which meant we had to wait but were so disgusted as we could not trust what they would do to the food before serving. Not recommended at all.

    Ordered 6 piece peri grilled wings they was so chewy it led me to believe they were undercooked as I took off a piece chicken I saw that it was near enough all Pink!! The chicken literally felt like how you would imagine rubber to feel like it was so tough and hard to separate from the bone. I was with my dad who told me not to kick up a fuss but please avoid this place yes it might be cheap compared to the other food places in star city but I still advise you to spend your money else where!!

    I paid for my food but ended up leaving it there as I waited more then 15 mins for food and I just left it was only a chicken burger and chips it couldn’t of took that time
