Note: this is a review for the location in Selfridges which is just inside a large store/mall like thing. Benefit of this is there are numerous chocolatiers here so you can try many in a quick amount of time. Downside: no real ambiance or atmosphere. Going to this actual location may be a different experience. I tried the pink himalayan sea salt caramel. Took the recommendation from the sales team as no flavors were standing out to me and there wasnt a classic dark chocolate truffle. I am glad i did. They keep it refrigerated so the caramel was not super liquidy (a good thing in my opinion). It had a complex flavor. Wasnt overly sweet. Nice texture. Good bite into the caramel. Would definitely get again and/or try additional flavors
