I used to love popping into the shop to try different teas. I have struggled with my mental health for many years. Your delightful shop was a part of my recovery plan, it got me to leave the house and have a positive experience to boost my self confidence. Then you stopped accepting cash, at the time I only had a cash card to withdraw cash from a machine. That makes me feel completely inferrior. Like I'm nothing and I don't even deserve nice tea. It doesn't feel good. I'm sure you can understand, all the best.

Great selection of teas and delicious blends. They have jars of each of the teas to smell which is super helpful in picking ones you like. They also have unique teas drank historically from across the world that I've never come across before. Each of the packs explain the origins and ingredients in more detail. Reasonably priced and trial size available as well. Great shop!

OMG Heaven! Genuinely decent REAL tea, plus infusers. This place really does sell great teas, and the staff know what they're talking about! Every tea has a sample jar to inspect and smell. I am still reeling from the mug of Wu Yi Oolong I brewed over an hour ago, absolutely fantastic, I shall be back! After all, life's too short to drink bad tea!

Two months ago I placed an order and only received half of it. I contacted them and they said they would send me what was missing. A month later I still haven't received anything and I wrote to them again claiming my money back, since then they haven't replied to me. Awful customer service, I will never buy again.

Beautiful teas! A great selection and friendly, knowledgeable owners. The English Breakfast tea is a really nice change when I want to switch up my usual Yorkshire Tea morning cuppa. So many supposedly "quality" English Breakfast teas just taste like dishwater. Not this one! Smooth with a little bite of smoky-maltiness. Also the Earl Grey is one of the best I've ever tried, as well as the Fine China Jasmine, which has no bitterness - just a really pleasant, clean cup.
