sandwiches are good and reasonably priced. Today I decided to have some hot food and oh boy how disappointing my experience was. You get a tiny portion for over £7 that doesn't fill up half of the container. I get the establishment is in the city but that's not a justification. Food itself (gnocchi) was just ok, nothing special. Definitely too salty. The container food is served in is made out of cheap polypropylene... the food re microwaved in the container and sold as 'served hot'. That's appaling. If you scroll down and have a look at a comment from 8 months ago you can see they claim to be using up old stock hence plastic? When will you start using safe and biodegradable containers? edit response to the owner: I wish I noticed small portion right away while I was still in the shop but you pack the food behind the counter and i couldnt see the portion. When I saw the gentleman grabbing a container I didn't suspect it's going to be filled up in 40%. Could you please reply to my comment on plastic containers? will you be switching to biodegradable ?

I go to this sandwich bar at least 3 times a week. Always have a good experience although it can get very busy at lunch time I never wait long at all very fast service very friendly atmosphere. Food always great doesn’t matter if I have a pasta or a panini. Well recommended

I asked for the chicken rocky, i litterally said it twice. I thought it was odd that you asked if i wanted brown or white bread as I've never been asked that before, i said white. I take my food away and i just new it wasn't correct as you used sliced bread. Opened it up and it was brow n bread with a chicken, bacon, mayo mix with rocket. It was so salty i only ate half. So dissapointed that i wasted my money and had to go hungrey due to something as basic as not listening to my order.i wont bother coming again.
