Wholesale fraud alert as we ordered and paid for 400 gpb of coffee which was never delivered and they are nowhere to be contacted. That was more than a month ago (expected delivery is less than a week). We ordered from them in the past and we got the orders (with some confusions on their side, but at least they delivered in the past). We are really afraid that this time it might be very different.

I have been ordering coffee beans from Chapter coffee for a couple of years now. A month ago I have ordered 20kgs of coffee so I can share with friends and use them at home. I paid for the coffee beans the moment I received the invoice and I still haven't received them. I have written emails to ask for updates and I keep getting told they will be dispatched 'next week', 'Monday' 'Friday the latest'. I have asked Chapter Coffee to just refund me the money as I don't want to wait so long and they are now simply ignoring my emails. As it is a large amount of beans the money I would like refunded is not small. This is actual theft.

Good coffee but the place feels like it needs a refurbishment or to be cleaned a little more.. The sink looked like it was falling off the wall in the toilet, broken light bulbs and some dirty surfaces. Good place, but I wouldn't rush back. The coffee roaster machine is really cool though!
