Dave provided great advice on how to open up our fireplace and select the best multi-fuel burner for our space. We are so happy with our stove and the service we received. We had some delays due to high winds and storms and Dave kept up communications with us with their return to complete the installation. I had a problem with the burner not drawing. I emailed Dave who answered immediatly firstly offering helpful hints in case it was a simple fix which it didn't seem to be so even though its their busy time of year Dave took the trouble to come out and sweep my chimney and fix the problem! Service above and beyond! No mess no fuss.. helpful and polite.. I highly recommend Chaps !!

Absolutely impressed with David. I could not believe the amount of stuff coming out of my chimney. A very clean job no mess. I didnt have to wait to long for his response. I rang in the morning and left a message. He rang me back and by 6pm i was making a fire with a big smile on my face.
