Lottie has been providing physio treatment our 17 year old cat. He had been struggling to jump up onto his favourite sleeping spot on the bed but after having just 1 treatment his bounce had returned. He now has regular treatment to help him maintain comfort in his older years, which he loves! He particularly loves the laser treatment therapy and happily lets Lottie massage him. It's made a real difference.

Jess has been treating my dogs for a few years now and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. The vets couldn't figure out why my dog, Molly was limping as the x-rays were clear, Jess found the issue within minutes and Molly was back to herself within 2 sessions. My other dog Simba, I genuinely believe she's saved his life. He has a degenerative spinal condition and because of regular sessions with Jess he doesn't have painful flare ups anymore and has great quality of life. As well as all of that my dogs just love her as she's so sweet with them.

I was recommended Lottie by my vet after my dog Madge had cruciate ligament surgery, firstly Lottie was very kind in fitting me in around my busy work schedule and as soon as I walked in the first time I instantly felt comfortable and confident with how she was with Madge as she is a timid rescue dog and responds well to kind, gentle people and I knew immediately Lottie would bond with Madge in the sessions and help her feel comfortable and relaxed enough to continue the sessions without being stressed or scared (2nd session madge fell asleep in one of the laying down stretches!) After being so worried about the outcome of the surgery and the recovery Lottie was very reassuring and gave me confidence knowing Madge is doing so well and I come out of each session feeling alot lighter! (Eventhough I haven't even had the physio!) I would highly recommend CHAPPS especially Lottie to anyone with confidence they would have the same experience and have actually already recommended to a friend that her dog has just had cruciate ligament surgery and is interested in going to see Lottie when her dog is ready to start physio! 5* review from Madge!!!

My spaniel Amber has spondylitis of her spine, and she wary of new people. In the past she was just to tense to get full benefit of treatments. In my vets saw the leaflets for chapps and thought give them ago Jess was amazing at putting Amber at ease, then Lottie was was back from maternity leave, and was equally amazing with Amber, she actually excited to see them and relaxes into the treatment and gets full benefit. Both ladies are super nice and knowledgeable and enjoy what they do and dogs which makes a huge difference and given Amber a new lease of life.

I would highly recommend Chapps Physiotherapy. Lottie has been treating two of my dogs for a long period of time. I trust her implicitly and my dogs adore her. She is also very knowledgeable and professional. One of my dogs Mimi is a rescue pomeranian, from the South Korean dog meat trade. She survived horrific abuse and has severely disabled back legs. Lottie has enabled Mimi to have a much better quality of life and ensured that her pain is managed with laser treatment and physiotherapy. My other dog Roxy is in her twighlight years as a 14 year old rescue Pomeranian she is now quite arthritic and Lottie has given her a new lease of life.

Jess has been working with our daughter Hannah for about 6 months now. Hannah has complex needs, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and is non verbal. We asked Jess to review her needs and put together a physio plan which takes into account Hannah’s hips - one of which has been replaced, the other one is awaiting surgery, her fused spine and her tight arms. Jess has been amazing and works gently with Hannah who can be very anxious. She gets her into incredible positions and Hannah is so much more comfortable and relaxed after her sessions. We have seen a really big difference in her physical presentation and feel confident that Jess can help her through surgery and beyond. We cannot recommend Jess highly enough to other families with children or young people with complex needs. We are so glad to have found her.

I have been using Lottie from Chapps Physio for myself, family and horses for quite some time. I was delighted to be treated by Lottie in the Chapps new treatment room near Horsham on her return from maternity leave. In her absence I was treated by the Chapps very knowledgable, sympathetic and very capable team. I would throughly recommend Lottie and her team, for equine, human and Canine physiotherapy.
