The Chappels managed our rental property and were the management company for the lease on our flat. Their tireless efforts ensured tenants were hand picked and vetted, tenant issues were communicated with us promptly and resolutions were reached swiftly and and efficiently. We enjoying renting out our property for nearly 6 years with a stellar service. Karen and Darren also sold our flat, providing all that was needed to each party, providing a wealth of information proactively, always being 'on it' and making the sale go as smoothly as possible. Darren, Karen Chapple sold our leasehold property just before Christmas 2022. Their attention to detail, professionalism and knowledge of all aspects of a complicated sale (especially leasehold laws) went way beyond what I have ever experienced with any estate agent before. Highly recommended and a five star rating and we will definitely be using their services again in the future for the sale of our other properties.

Having done a lot of anxiety inducing research we contacted Chapple Property Management. From the first contact, we have received friendly and reassuring advice and they have provided us with a guiding hand throughout the process. With excellent communication and availability, they are always on hand to answer any questions, ease any worries or just provide a little friendly advice. This is our family home which we endeavour to return to at some point and in the caring hands of Darren & Karen we know that they will treat our home like their own and will continue to provide us with exceptional service throughout. This agency is very racist and tends to send threats with the home office to immigrant tenant and speak to tenants like they own them. I’ve been treated unequally and evicted from the house because my ex partner (white) who has a signed contract as myself left the house and no consequence and the guy in the agency has threatened me on a call with a raise voice and unprofessionally telling me his going to call the police and get the home office to get rid of me because of my visa status. The agency has treated me unfairly and I don’t recommend any person of colour renting or buying a property with them. They speak to my ex partner all nice and good because she’s white and when I get involved, their tone and how they behave is so arrogant and very highly disgusting and disrespectful. This agency needs to be reported and be out of business!!!!!!!!!!
