I had one of your engineers come and repair my Panasonic dvd unit on behalf of domestic and general insurance company the engineer arrived on time and was polite and professional he managed to fix my dvd but noticed some button's were not working on the remote so said he would order a new one which duly arrived in the post i didn't get his name but the date was 1st march in the morning booking reference is13234225 name is Mr P Ridley. 13 Northleach close blackpole Worcester WR49XR if you can find the engineer from these details I think he deserves a pat on the back because as my dad used to say praise where praise is due sorry for length of msg 5⭐👍🙂

So very pleased with ordering via Lisa at Chapman's - it was cheaper than Curry's omg, 5-star service, she went the extra mile & the new Bosch refrigerator she recommended is brilliant - I was a little nervous as the overall space is no bigger, but it's so much better designed than our old Neff fridge, has a lot more useable space, it's a lot easier to see what's where, was installed easily & quickly, and finding the hidden extra compartment was a moment of pure joy!

I have just brought a new appliance and dealt with Lisa who was fantastic - going out of her way to come back to me via email on my questions with no heavy sales push as someone else in the reviews have mentioned.
