Unfortunately I hit a young deer late one evening driving down an unlit road, which broke my front bumper, causing the 'side light' to break free from the brackets and the front undercover wheel protector to break from its brackets. The headlight adjuster and windscreen bottle were also damaged enough to have to be replaced. My insurance company were happy that Chaplane did the work. Every week I received an SMS from Chaplane informing me of the status of the work being carried out. I have used Chaplane now for 20 years Both my recent Mercedes’s have had work done on the body .. I use my car in rough conditions and over the years pick up scrapes and minor dents so always take the car after about 6 years to Chaplane for a tidy up .. they always come back like new … simply amazing .. outstanding value for money … staff are always the same which is a great sign for consistency of quality… thanks Chaplane 😀👍 Service: Body & Trim
