Fantastic store, small but have loads of choice, friendly staff and very helpful, Ben, Callum and Carl (hope correct spelling) were amazing when I lost my job to help me save my things in the shop. Terrible experience. Pawned my phone just to find out that they displayed the phone for purchase when I came back in to take it back. Got 200£ for the phone and turned out I had to pay the full price of 499£ to buy it back. Absolute joke! Very rude staff especially the girl at the counter. She assured me that she won't put my phone for sale and the next day BOOM my phone is up for sale
