This place is a failure. And categorically not fit for purpose. The consultants are not existent, clandestine, arrogant and totally useless. Pay for private treatment, at least you'll get a good diagnosis, respect and face to face contact. Chapel Street will just, in some way, let you down when you need the help.

Been waiting for an "urgent" medicine review for 7 months. Staff are unbothered, unhelpful, and dishonest. Sickening lack of care in a place where people need it most. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for the unnecessary pain and false hope given to patients. Disgusted.

I found all the people at the clinic extremely good. The pychiatrist I see is excellent, helpful and supportive. The counselor and the support worker I see also are very good and helpful. They have all helped me through very bad times. Even the receptions are kind .

Utterly appalled at the condescending and patronising attitude of the staff. It's very very hard to seek any kind of help when you at crisis or breaking point and the staff talk over you, put words in your mouth and are more concerned with eating lunch than taking you even remotely serious, even to the point of not even acknowledgement of necessary paperwork because it's better for them to assume they know better without any relevant facts... a repugnant spectacle that should never happen in 2017. If mentally ill people mean so little to any and all of you then I suggest you quit and give those positions to people that DO care and WILL help!! Disgusting!!
