One of the reception staff has always been very rude there. I have noticed this before but have not said anything for quite a while as I was brought up this way to be patient with not very bright people and just ignore them as you simply won't have enough time to pay attention to every mentally deficient person around you when you still have a whole day to get on with. Apparently it is illegal to go back upstairs without her permission after you have just been seen by the doctor and if you did so she would suddenly become really annoyed, angry, rude. It makes her think that she has the right to lecture you and speak to you like with her own naughty child. I hope other people will read this review and have another think before they would consider this practice for their medical needs as you get the "right' impression at the front desk before you even get to your doctor.

We are having a terrible time at this practise. My son has suffered multiple breaks and I really believe it hasn't been put on properly. Each time we have suffered rude staff who have lectured him on how he shouldn't chew his nails nor eat pencils. He does neither. Final straw today is the way the receptionist spoke to my husband who explained that we had to go to an emergency dentist as the wire had cut his gum quite badly. We've been warned that my son needs to change his ways and no acknowledgement that there could be a problem at their end.

This is a very friendly and professional practice. My son has attended for nearly two years and our experience has been nothing but positive. The receptionists are always polite and friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The orthodontist team are also very friendly and professional and have made my son’s experience a positive one. I can’t thank you enough for your hard work. My sons treatment is almost done now and his teeth are looking fantastic.

I use Chapel Road for my children who have needed braces and have received an excellent service! The therapists explain everything in detail. We had Marie who is patient, kind and professional, due to our experience their teeth are looking great. Reception staff are always helpful and flexible, the text reminder service is brilliant. Highly recommended.
