My niece visited these vets for the first and last time yesterday They are discriminative against certain breeds and very rude and abrupt. She was on the phone to me whilst there devastated and I overheard how the vet spoke to her. I heard all the conversation and their denial in giving her the request for her data. Just because he is a Bully does not mean he should have been treated in such a way. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

We have a xl bully, decided to write ‘mouthy’ on his file when he is the happiest dog ive ever owned and is NOT mouthy!! Asked for cctv proof of him being ‘mouthy’ as they refused to treat him unless they muzzled him, refusing to give us the CCTV proving he was and refusing to give us our own file. We have asked several times. Going against data protection act. Went once and will never go again. Seen as i cannot reply to you, i asked for my records which you refused several times. I also find it strange how you have named my dog? Surly going against data protection? Me and my partner was told if the muzzle wasnt on then no treatment would be offered. Due to his pain, we had no alternative but was both very unhappy with this decision. And if you class a dog owner requesting there file several times abusive then im unsure? Never once swore even with a very obnoxious vet trying to push me too. Yeah Yes we would like our prescription that has been paid for. I believe training for larger dogs would be advised. :)
