    Polite and helpful service, giving useful information that enabled me to make a decision. Nothing was too much trouble and they allowed me to sit in the chairs, not just to test them but because I am disabled. My chosen chair was delivered within 2 hours, probably less, I wasn't checking. It was brought into my house carefully, respecting my new chair and my other furniture. Then the family-business upholsterer checked my old chair and gave me advice on mending it. I met three members of this family business and each was as helpful and friendly as the other. I've used this firm before, many years ago and they are as helpful, friendly and efficient as ever.
