The most important thing in life is conversation, the conversations I have had the pleasure of having and sharing have been some of the most important and reflective moments in my life I can happily say it was so easy and comfortable talking and opening up about the littlest of thoughts to the biggest, I can't put into words how much knowledge I have gained from just trading words with another human yet there has been so much emotional and mental growth, Thank you forever Beverley it has been some of the best times goodbye for now but not forever.

The activity session were very thought provoking and I would highly recommend her services to anyone who may or may not even realise they yet need it. Thank you again and I wish you all the very best ✨👏❤🎶

Bev has been amazing, I’ve been to her a couple of times now and I really don’t think I would be in the place I am now without her. I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone.

My counselling sessions with Beverley have helped me immensely. Prior to being diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, I had been referred for CBT by my GP, and during those sessions, the therapist noted early on that she was sure that I was autistic. I finished the CBT and did everything that was asked, but found it quite difficult and stressful. I felt somewhat judged and embarrassed by my inability to function and respond in the way that a neurotypical person might. Following my diagnosis, I expressed this to the people at the autism hub charity, and they told me that those with autism don't generally respond well to regular counselling, and recommended that I ask my GP for a referral to Beverley for autism specific counselling. Beverley has a very kind and understanding approach which has really helped me to feel comfortable enough to talk about and think more about my problems, which in turn has helped me to come to terms with a lot of my issues and be kinder to myself and has really helped my self esteem. It's nice to have your thoughts and feelings validated and be able to work through them and understand them. If you're looking for excellent counselling in a calm, safe and understanding environment, I highly recommend Beverley.

When I started seeing Bev I knew I had unprocessed things to deal with but felt ready. An unexpected life change 2 months into counselling combined with the sudden isolation and stress of lockdown took me to the lowest point I’d ever been in my life. There was nowhere to hide from how I was feeling however because I had access to regular sessions with Bev I knew I didn’t want to hide. Through her gentle but appropriately challenging approach I was able share my deepest fears, confront the things I’d “shelved” and gain the confidence to realise that I matter too. Its been the hardest but the best thing I’ve ever done and Bev is absolutely the best person to help me through this process.
