I got my hair done yesterday and asked for a blonde balayage and it didn’t turn out how i wanted it, some bits aren’t blended properly and my hair was cut shorter than i wanted. I got my hair done last year by Janina and it turned out how i wanted it to and it was much better than how it is now.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have been having Yuko treatment for almost ten years. I moved from London and tried to find a local place for my Yuko treatment and found this place. My biggest regret to date. If you have Afro hair, DO NOT GET YUKO TREATMENT HERE. They have no idea how to handle Afro hair. I left in tears and had to come back when a patch of Afro was left and was so frizzy compared to the rest of my hair. Not only that, they damaged my hair. I went to a new hairdresser who is amazing who was upset at how much they damaged my hair. If you want Yuko, do not do it here, they damage your hair because they are not skilled in doing it. I had the Yuko treatment March last year. I haven’t been able to have any more treatment until I repaired some of the damage. I can upload the receipt if needed? Service: Hair straightening

After a few very disappointing and disastrous extensions. I visited Janina at @Changes feeling very apprehensive. The very second I entered the salon I was greeted with warmth. I was put at ease with her sound knowledge, I knew I was in safe hands! I’ve now been back several times for maintenance, always professional and issue free. I am delighted with my hair and cannot recommend this salon and staff highly enough! Thank you

I emailed to book a treatment for a friend and myself at the same time, which was for my birthday. The treatments were confirmed in an email back to me by 'Janina' and I was asked to provide my details, which I did. We were really excited to be having this and rushed out of the Ramsgate thermal spa to get to Changes Day spa for our treatments on time. My friend travelled to Ramsgate from Maidstone for the treatment and when we arrived we were told there was no booking and "I am the only one here". I appreciate mistakes do happen but there was no acknowledgement that a mistake had been made or an apology. This was particularly bad because it was a special occasion and my friend had travelled.
