If an item remains unsold after 90 days, it is the seller's responsibility to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up within 10 days, it will become the property of Change Of Heart.

Brilliant shop for finding high quality and designer clothing at much cheaper prices than buying new. Some items are preloved, some are unworn. The quality is always fantastic. I've also sold quite a few items through this shop which is great if you need to have a wardrobe clear out!

A real gem of a shop! Incredible clothes, ranging from top designer to brand new high street. Everything is in perfect condition and the prices are really reasonable. The staff are amazing and really kind. This is my go to shop for party clothes and it's never let me down 💗⭐👍

I love spending a scrumptious afternoon (or morning, or both) browsing my way through the well stocked rails at this local institution. Change of Heart is a pre-loved dress agency and bursts with designer and high-end high street goodies that literally have me salivating and my wallet struggling to get away. The girls who work there are wise and honest and won't let you leave in an Herve Leger bandage dress if you're not a svelte under 30 (I'm not). They'll help you match bags, shoes and scarves and there's laughs to be had. Please don't go though I'd hate you to pick up that life changing piece that I've been seeking since I was 20 but nevertheless, do say hi to the girls if you're passing, they're jolly friendly.

I had the strangest interaction with the owner/ staff member at this shop. I wondered if they had any vintage silk headscarves in stock, was shown one and told "this one is expensive though, because its by a designer..." The design was run of the mill but in colours that i liked and it was only £40. After incorrectly assuming i have never heard of Diane von Furstenberg she refused to even let me hold it, saying "its expensive....you might want to go elsewhere...." I was flabbergasted and a little hurt.
