    Sandra is a racist . She is also unprofessional staff who doesn’t know the price. She is so rude that when I ask her to keep her etiquette, she approaches her boss with an angry face without saying anything. She is like a kid who's going to tell her dad. This was the worst experience at Chanel boutique.

    If you may have a similar experience, please share. I went to Chanel Harrods several times, many speechless stories happened. Once I made a purchase with a sales and the payment was handled with another sales. I POLITELY asked the other sales if there is another one in stock because the one I was trying comes with some worn marks before make the payment. She seems quite annoyed with this order and said this is the last one while she didn’t check the stock in system at all, and I was like how do you know this is the last one you didn’t even check the stock? She said I just know. So does the manger, even more rude and saying they can remember all Chanel product SKU and stock quantities, I hope you really do have this kind of super memory :) Another time I was trying on something and saw another customer with a cute WOC, I was POLITELY asking the sales if I could try it after the another customer finished. This sales acted similar arrogant way like last one I mentioned above, but seems she doesn’t have a good memory. She told me that was the only stock they have in the store and I said I don’t mind waiting. Randomly I started to have conversation with the another customer, like girls complimenting on each others outfit conversation, I was asking if I could try the bag if she finished trying. She said oh this is my own bag. Then I came back to the sales who said the another customer’s bag was their stock, and the sales was speechless, and there isn’t such a “last bag” in this store at all. I’m wondering why they would be like this arrogant or Maybe I was just in bad luck or ugly looking or a skin tone that Chanel sales doesn’t like? Better spend my money on something else making you smile Anyway those funny stories here:)

    This is for the Chanel Beauty Store in Harrods. Now, my appearance shouldn't matter but I am traveling & dressing warm without "dressing up". I came from the Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar & was ready to purchase make up, skincare & perfume but when I walked in - I was barely acknowledged. Not sure if it's their attitude or the fact that I didn't "look rich". I ended up walking out as I was disappointed having that kind of treatment while I was looking around.

    My recent experience shopping at Harrods Chanel (the one on the ground floor) was terrible. The customer service was appalling, to say the least. Both the supervisor and the security guard were rude and unprofessional. When I approached the supervisor for assistance, he barely acknowledged me and responded with a condescending tone. It was clear that he had no interest in helping me. The whole experience left me feeling uneasy and dissatisfied. As a loyal customer of Chanel, I was incredibly disappointed with the level of service I received. I expect much better from a brand with such a renowned reputation. If this is the type of treatment that Chanel customers can expect, then I will not be returning to this store anytime soon. I strongly advise anyone thinking of shopping at this store to reconsider their decision. The customer service is lacking so much that it is not worth the stress and discomfort.

    Horrible customer service! The guard with a ponytail & wart on his face and supervisor wearing a grey suit were the most unprofessional and condescending people I’ve come across in a luxury store. They are not representing the Chanel brand very well. I hope that HR sees this and disciplinary action is taken to address the rudeness and poor customer service we experienced. I regret not ordering the items online and paying the extra money (as I am from the States) so I didn’t have to deal with the stress and rude people at this store who clearly hate their jobs.

    My visit day was made enjoyable by Stefano!! I rarely shop at the Harrods boutique because of the crowd, but to my surprise, I witnessed how Stefano managed to serve numerous customers with professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend him!
