My curmudgeonly old Jack Russell hates vet visits at the best of times but this morning we met Lucy the vet for the first time & she quickly won him over making for a stress free consultation for all involved. Dominique the nurse at reception was also of great assistance with my query reference his monthly pet plan meds. I've forgotten the names of the other female vet & nurse I also spoke to but thanks to all for your friendly, caring & professional service throughout our visits today. There are other vets closer to home but none better in my opinion.
