Absolutely disgusting lived here in my third year at university and was shocked and appalled. There was water damage everywhere. The bath leaked onto the fuze box multiple times, whenever mice were found it’d take them months to even respond to anything. When I finally left they did not give my deposit back and through months of trying I’ve now had to give up on getting my deposit back and they refuse to give me the number to head office. No matter how late you leave it getting a flat or if you even think it looks good, AVOID. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Lived here in my first year of university. The amount of issues was ridiculous. 1. Maintenance issues on arrival that were never fixed despite requests: just a few of the problems: broken dining room furnite, cigarette smell in lounge, broken hob, no lock on doors, unpainted ceiling with plaster patches, disgusting desk chair ripped material completely, no toilet roll holder. 2. Maintenance throughout the year would either not fix the issues or come and make a massive mess and leave it all over bathroom floor, bedroom floor and bed. 3. The flat i lived in compared to other friends flats I saw were completely different. mine was totally unrefurbished, in need of a deep clean and many broken things, but when you apply for a room you have a chance of being given this room that is the opposite of the nice new ones advertised on the website and at showings. 4. there was so many silverfish, spiders, bugs and all sorts throughout the whole year 5. they tried to refuse our deposit refund due to a broken table that was broken when we moved in and noted in the inventory checklist 6. when i complained about my overall experience they said they would refund my deposit (as mentioned above) in exchange for no bad reviews on social media. 7. the bathroom deserves its own point as it was in such horrible condition- halfway through the year they made a very large shoebox sized shape hole in the ceiling above the shower for maintenance and never covered it up and so we had so many bugs and spiders coming straight down into the shower because of this. Overall I would not recommending paying the price for this accommodation unless they show you which exact flat you will be getting so you cant be surprised with a horrible one as i was, otherwise don't waste your time or money here there are so many more affordable and satisfactory places than here where even the customer service was terrible.
