I have just completed on the sale of my property with chancellors as my agent, they're very understaffed and you'll struggle to get hold of anyone. I ended up exchanging contact details with my buyer as chancellors just weren't available the majority of the time, the only positive was the Solicitors they recommended were brilliant, Woodford Stauffer. I would strongly recommend not using chancellors Estate agents.
