Me and my partner came here before we had gone home from Cardiff Bay. It was on our way as we were walking towards the train station. The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. The lady in front of the counter brought our food to our table and I received everything I ordered. I ordered a 3 in 1 tray meal which consisted of rice noodles, chicken balls with sweet and sour and beef in black bean sauce. I thought the rice noodles were plain on their own so I wish there was an opportunity to order sauce to top the base A. The beef in black bean sauce was very delicious and you would tell the vegetables that came with the black bean sauce were fresh and not the old stuff you get in some Chinese chicken places. The chicken balls were the best part of the meal! The batter was really crunchy and the inside was soft and delicious. The sweet and sauce made the chicken balls even better.

Customer service training desperately needed. Driver said over the phone ‘do me a favour and don’t order from this shop again’ because apparently we were too far away. We’re a 10 minute drive according to google maps. He wanted us to walk to the pub across the road to collect the order because he had apparently ‘driven 45 mins due to traffic’ but did eventually bring my order to the door. Driver then pointed up the road and told us there was other Chinese takeaways nearby. Ordered on Uber eats app and they accepted the order so don’t see why we were made out to be an inconvenience. Will take my money elsewhere next time, like driver suggested. Give your money to a business that is grateful for custom instead!
