Premium timber - average service. Plenty of signage saying "wear masks on entry", but no-one inside was wearing masks. 6 staff behind the desk all playing on phones or having a chat, whilst I was waiting to be served. In the end, the youngest of the team, asked me what I needed and was genuinely very good. He bought the goods out to the car and loaded successfully. Then at payment it felt like I was intruding on the employees social time with no interest in my custom. Sadly, an all too familiar sight.

Quick service, helpful staff and lots of stock. They also deliver quickly. Only suggestion for improvement would be to have retail accounts on the website, not just trade. Then you could see past orders, order status etc.
