I booked a dedicated experience with Champagne Flights as part of my engagement plans however the flight was cancelled due to bad weather. Not a problem I thought, I changed my engagement plans and re-booked the flight but after several more attempts cancelled each time I was asked for more money to avoid losing my flight and a rather large upfront payment. Granted I was given a free extension for another few months but after the next flight was also cancelled I was told that I would lose everything without further payment. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Champagne flights and I would advise anyone to think twice before parting with a large amount of money to make a booking with them. The exclusive flights in my view should work on the basis of say a 25% deposit and the rest on the day of the flight.

My husband and I had a wonderful flight with Stuart last year when our children and partners gave us a gift for our silver wedding anniversary. We decided we had to give it another go as it was so much fun. Stuart, Holly & Phil are a fantastic team who look after you so well you can't help but have a wonderful time!!
