My mother-in-law went into the appointment feeling quite deflated and self-conscious due to many unsuccessful dresses and not feeling comfortable with her body. Went to visit Chameleon Bride on 25th March from Somerset as they had a dress in stock that I wanted to try on for my son's wedding. After trying it on and realising it wasn't for me, they were so helpful in suggesting other options without being pushy at all. Nothing was too much trouble and I tried on several dresses before the one that I eventually bought. They were very patient and I didn't feel rushed at all. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend anyone looking for something a bit special to visit.

My daughter and I visited the store on Saturday, this was our first shopping trip for a Mother of the Bride outfit. The sales assistant, Lucy, welcomed us warmly and explained the layout of the shop and spent the time listening to our ideas. The dress I chose had a make-up stain on the neckline, an attempt was made to remove the stain in store but it was still visible, to further rectify the situation I was given a reduction in price to cover the dry cleaning expense with the assurance if this isn't a success , I can return to the store. The whole experience could not have been better. Lucy was amazing and was very honest with her appraisal of the dresses I tried on, which was brilliant. Her attentiveness and professional and knowledgable manner in which she dealt with the stain situation ,to ensure I had the perfect dress, was greatly appreciated.

I was disappointed to be told when we arrived that we were 10 minutes early we were seen but we could easily have browsed for 10 minutes I had been previously as a walk in and did end up buying the dress I saw the first time Did not feel yesterday that it was a good experience as it could have been Enjoyed my walk in with the 2 young ladies a better experience
