  Chameleon is such a beautiful bridal store, it feels so special and Kayleigh was so lovely. She sat down and asked me how I met my fiancé and made me feel so comfortable. She was so helpful and had such a knowledgeable and professional approach to ruling out dress shapes and styles. She wasn’t at all pushy but asked all the right questions to lead me to making up my mind when I felt overwhelmed or confused with all the options! They have such a large range of dresses and sizes that I didn’t worry about fit - I’m a size 16 usually and I felt like I could try on anything I wanted which wasn’t the case in all bridal stores. I can’t wait to get back for my accessories appointment and see the store again.

  I loved my experience at Chameleon Bridal shop. It was so easy to book an appointment through their online system. I got reminder/confirmation emails, texts. I also shared a few preferences of dresses before my appointment which really helped for the appointment. Trying on dresses was of course the best bit and Kaitlin who helped me, really understand what I wanted and was so lovely throughout.

  I had the best experience at chameleon, it was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I didn’t know what I wanted but Kayleigh was amazing at pulling dresses that combined parts of others I liked, and made us feel so comfortable and looked after. The selection of dresses was incredible it’s not surprising I found my dream dress. All the staff were so helpful and I never felt rushed or pressured, all round amazing experience and I can’t wait to come back once my dress arrives.

  I had the worst experience in this shop last week. Being mother of the groom I had booked an appointment as advised. I arrived early and it was suggested that I went for coffee as there was already a mother trying dresses on. I totally understood as I wouldn't expect anyone to be hanging around watching me. The receptionist couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Unfortunately, the lady who I was seeing for an outfit was less than polite. When I said that I had an appointment she looked down on me saying 'what with me'?? like she was amazed! Now I'm nothing special, below average height whereas this lady was very tall and slender. it took me a great deal of effort to have the courage to book the appointment as I suffer a little from self esteem and being spoken down to like this really upset me. I walked out and cancelled my appointment. The lady called to apologise and asked me to go back but for me this was not an option. I do hope lessons have been learned. I would hate anyone else to feel this way. There are other non-judgemental shops around to try.

  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chameleon Bride to anyone looking for their wedding dress. A warm greeting on arrival in a beautiful space; I was made to feel very welcome. I chose some dresses ahead of time, so they were ready for me on arrival. Their team were able to pick out a few more options based on my preferences; and knew exactly what would suit and fit me best. The alterations department did such a beautiful job fitting the dress to me perfectly, and listened to everything I wanted. A lovely selection of styles to choose from in a perfect setting.

  I had the most amazing appointment, Kaleigh was phenomenal and gave me the experience I’d always dreamed of having. Within the space of 5 dresses Kaleigh had nailed everything I could ever want in a dress. Fantastic customer service, beautiful surroundings and gorgeous dresses! I couldn’t picture getting my dress from anywhere else!

  Since booking our wedding, I couldn't wait to go dress shopping. Chameleon was the first shop I went to and I'm so glad I did because I had the most amazing experience all thanks to the wonderful team! There are so many dresses to try which can be a bit overwhelming but Kayleigh was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable, helping me understand what I liked and didn't like to be able to find my dream dress! She took the time to really understand what it is I wanted and what I dream the day to look like and even after seeing all my love list dressed she pulled one I hadn't even considered which turned out to be the one. I would highly recommend anyone looking for their dream dress to go here. From the little touches throughout the experience to feeling so welcome by all the team, I couldn't have asked for any more!

  I was very anxious before my appointment, but a few days before, I had a lovely call from Chameleon that instantly made me feel better. As soon as I arrived on the day, I felt comfortable, reassured and like the most important person there! Kayleigh was so lovely, friendly and understanding. She took the time to hear about my wedding, my engagement and just made the whole experience so wonderful! The boutique itself was stunning as well as all of the lovely dresses. I would 100% recommend going to Chameleon, a truly luxurious and memorable experience, one I will never forget! Thank you so much, I already can't wait to come back when my beautiful dress arrives!
