Refuse to work with me despite myself not having to clear the property as I had no ties to it and was never on the tenancy agreement to start with. Also refusing to return the deposit

Chose Chambers to sell my late mothers bungalow as they were a local small independant agents and had many signs in the area showing that they had sold the property . Becky Webb was our assigned agent and she soon had an offer on the table which was accepted. Although the chain was short, it proved to so very challenging. It was touch and go right up to the point of exchange but with Becky and Richard pushing the other agents and solicitors, it all came together at the lat minute. It was such a relief to get the call that all in the chain had finally exchanged. Becky and Richard certainly went the extra mile to get this resolved and words alone cannot thank them enough for all that they did.
