I was in so much pain I am terrified of dentist and the injections etc but I was shocked by how I was made to feel at ease I genuinely didn't feel a thing from the injections the dentist took his time and done it properly the dental assistant and the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming if I knew that it would be such a pain free experience I would have been there before i had to out of desperation thanks again to all the staff I really appreciate it very happy with the help today considering I never called until 4.00pm and was sorted by 7.30 and on the way home just need to heal for a couple of days and will be back to normal health thanks

I was extremely impressed by the service received here. (I was on holiday 400 miles from my own NHS Dentist.) From the initial call, to the nurse calling back and offering an appointment the same day, to the welcome from the receptionists, right through to the dental nurse and dentist. The dentist was extremely thorough in her examination and offered alternative treatment which was helpful and after the 25 minute appointment with her, left much happier than on arrival. This is a fantastic service available for (mainly) residents with "Lothian". Many other health authorities would do well to study and copy the model.

People judge you on your teeth ,no doubt about that. My bad dental condition is down to me my biggest regret, got worse because I was so ashamed to show anyone but had appointment at Chalmers today with a dentist called Patrick think his other team member was Sara could be wrong was in a bit of pain apologise if I got it wrong point being great experience no judgement just professional and friendly thank you both

I had a dental emergency whilst on holiday in Edinburgh over the Christmas period. I cannot fault the service at this centre. I was dealt with professionally and in a gentle manner. The dentist, Laura was amazing and thank goodness, I was able to enjoy the rest of my holiday in Edinburgh. I cannot thank you enough.

Good and quick service. Although my appointment was at 13.50 and I arrived at 13.51. I was told off by a staff member who was at the door for being late being pretnant of almost 38 weeks and with a painful tooth infection. I was shocked by this but I was in such a pain that I literally ignore her none sense Reception team, doctors and nurses very profesional. Thank you for your help.
