First initial call was very helpful and confirmed if order placed today (Friday) delivery would be on Thursday (today).     Called up a moment ago and was answered by such a rude abrupt and cold person cutting me off without even being willing to speak about trophies, “she’s really busy with orders on a friday” little did she know she’s lost out on many orders for academies In and around the Surrey area with some well known clubs…. Shame that. Poor customer services and Defo wouldn’t recommend speaking to whoever answered that phone. Terrible
