Saw an excellent hygienist, Liz, and I can’t fault the dentist treatment I have had. Top class and totally worth it. I can however fault the receptionist, who was dismissive and rude to me, then extremely kind to an older woman who came in while I was there, calling her by name and being very welcoming. Not the first time I’ve been treated like this by the same woman at reception. Rest of the service, excellent.
