Buying a new home can be quite a worrying time for most people. However, we were supported by the intermediate agency represented by Steve and Carole who always kept us well informed and professionally resolved any of our queries. Most importantly, the builder finished the house as originally scheduled, which was great given that usually some delays are to be expected with new builds. The whole development is stylish and modern which makes our entire living experience a pleasure. The house is new, bright and a joy to live in. It is modern and functional, and we also found the house to be well insulated and warm. As it is a new build some small issues have inevitably arisen with the house, but these have all been dealt with instantly after reporting them to the supporting agency, which has been very responsive and helpful. We’ve generally been happy with Chalkdene. As with all new-builds, things have needed fixing, but once they’ve been reported to customer services it‘s all been dealt with speedily and efficiently. So far, we’ve found the house to be well built, modern and comfortable and we reckon the developers have done a good job. Unlike many other developers we’ve heard of, they’ve been responsive to our needs so far.

Buying a house it's not easy at all, but the team made it easy. I've found the best support needed, from the sales team to the legal part. The whole process I was worried as everything went smoothly and it didn't seem right.I was waiting for the whole stress and problems heart from other people's experiences. But it didn't happen. The house was ready even earlier than originally planned and this was something that I could bearly believe. Everyday I enter my house I'm happy with the choice made. We received something better than we expected and after one year living in it we haven't been disappointed. Once in a while, our daughter just says out of blue...."I love this house!" And we all do. Buying a house has it's challenges and frustrations and there are many people and different organizations that are involved in the entire process. I found that buying a house had it’s difficulties but the development team was supportive, understanding and helpful. When I moved in the house I found many small things that needed to get rectified or fixed, but each time I reported something, customer services were prompt in their response and overall the entire issue was resolved in a manageable timely manner. It can be frustrating sometimes when you notice something, then need to report it and it may happen that few weeks pass before the issue is addressed and fixed however, I do not have any unpleasant experience with the developers and the team behind and all issues I raised were addressed and fixed. Hearing from other people, friends and families about their experiences with other developers, I got to understand that Chalkdene is a professional company with good track record and if asked, I will recommend them to a future buyers.

This company is below standard with poor management and after-sale service. The development manager is irresponsible to respond my complaint at a new build site. My garage should go with a side door, but when I see my new house, the door is missing. This company just have the main contractor to have low quality construction without proper management. My patio has been messed up by their sub-contractor.
