I found and used Chalk Farm Framers after being let down by an online provider for the framing of a Football shirt, which had much sentimental value to me, having belonged to a deceased close relative. The staff were helpful from the off, listened to my requests and suggested ideas and solutions to what I was hoping to achieve. Being such a precious item from a sentimental point of view, I left it for completion but could not help being apprehensive as to if it would be done as per my wishes, or worse still lost or damaged! I was ultimately delighted when I collected it; completed exactly as requested and with a high level of workmanship. This was not an easy design - it was large at over a meter tall, included a football shirt, five pictures of varying sizes and orientations and was double mounted. The results are I have the wonderful tribute I was hoping for, exceeding my initial expectations. I would highly recommend Chalk Farm Framers.

If I could give 0 stars then i would. Last week Wednesday, one of our staff popped into this establishment to have three award certificates framed, we needed them within seven days as we have an awards presentation, the chap said yes he could do it and gave his word. Roll on a week later, we go to pick up the three framed certificates and his shop is closed, no phone call, no email & no heads up. What are we supposed to do now, the awards presentation is tomorrow. Un-professional to say the very least and shocking communication.
