    Really good experience from booking an appointment to visiting the dentist. We have recently joined and both my husband and I haven't been for quite a while! However there was no need to worry. The reception staff made you feel welcome. The dentist and dental nurse were both super friendly and although it felt like quite a quick appointment, they took xrays and had a look. We decided as we haven't been in a long time to visit the dental hygienist, which was fantastic. The woman is so sweet and lovely. She makes you feel at ease. The process is really comfortable, and she removed the staining on my teeth. I'm so pleased with the outcome!

    Terrible service. Informed by the reception team that due my exemption I didnt need to pay. However I still received a nhs fine .All due to miss information from the staff. When I called to inform the practice. They where very un helpful.

    When visiting the practice this afternoon I was given a warm welcome of a greeting by reception staff. I was here, initially for a tooth extraction which had been put on hold for several months due to other health ailments. My dentist, nurse explained everything from start to finish on the procedure and I couldn't thank them enough for their care throughout my visit and felt not rushed whatsoever afterwards in their waiting room. The dental practice has improved in many ways since my last visit in a freshly clean decor, comfortable seating and with newer equipment. There's a lovely friendly vibe here and I will definitely continue to use this practice for the forceable future.

    I have been attending Chalet Hill for many years and the whole experience is exceptional, whether routine or emergency. Reception are very polite and efficient and Mr Patel and his nurse are, I would say, the best I have ever had. At 74 years of age with a dentist father, brother, nephew and niece I have some experience.

    WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST !The dentist he lied about what treatment i needed .I travelled from Southampton to have my first examination the dentist stood arms lenth to examin my teeth then told me I needed four fillings and a root canal he told me I had to pay privet and yet it was an NHS dentist and he dose not do teeth exrays I would have to go to hospital for that A 5 minutes examination and I was charged for it . I went to a dentist in Southampton today 1-9.22 and was told I need a root canal I new I needed one and they would do it as its a NHS dentist but as far as four filling I did not need any I was told my teeth did not need any fillings as I saw the x rays Its come to my conclusion that this dentist in charlet Hill is not qualified to be in the position he is in he should be struck off because he is scaming members of the public and he is probably still doing it and allowed to do it he need to be reported to a hight authority .
