Just got back from our 6th time at the hotel, the chakra spa is just lovely, very friendly staff, clean and tidy, ambience is 10/10, had a treatment by Lauren who is just lovely and made me feel so relaxed with the most insane facial!

Booked only to be told the day before they had scedualed some maintenance for the pool. Then they offered a different day but at first reused a refund. We had booked well in advance because we were going to a Temple Spa road show near where the spa was. When maintenance is scheduled, you usually know more than one day in advance

The spa is small, with a pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms. The staff are lovely friendly and helpful. I went with a friend and had a full body exfoliation and my friend had a manicure - both ladies that did the treatment were good. The lunch was lovely, we had 2 courses and Tiana was our waitress. I have to commend her she was diligent and paid attention to detail and very considerate of my friend dietary requirements. The chef was also really considerate. Compliments to the chef for the food and the attention to detail on allergies and my friends dietary retirements. Thank you.
