I was there attending a birthday party last week. There were signs of some building work going on the premises. But, there was a lack of general maintenance of cleanliness on the whole, and some parts of the premises were dirty. Ladies' toilets were disgusting according to ladies who used it. The mens toilets were more or less disgusting. There were broken toilet seats and water on the floor . There was no sign of general daily cleaning or any deep cleaning. It worries me to think about the facilities used by staff if customer facilities are this bad. The customer service of the staff who served in the party was excellent. Always smiling and courteous. The food was excellent, too. It was very tasty. Overall, it was a worrying experience, and I do not think I would like to use them, which is my own personal choice.

I liked the floor the best it was so pretty. A lovely place to spend a few hours. It was on the first floor but there was a lift. I think they looked after us. The place was clean. It was a bit hot though that day!

I really don’t like to give bad reviews but feel I should try to help other innocent people from being SCAMMED. I recently booked this hall but had to cancel. Even though I cancelled a month ago (and within the time frame allowed) I still haven’t received my refund. I have emailed and called countless times to ask what is going on and to no avail. Absolutely terrible customer service and even worse communication! Would stay as far away from this place as possible!!
