    Ordered part (Satnav mount)30/03/23, not received part so phoned land number 18/04/23. Phone Number not recognised 30 seconds later I received a call from unknown mobile number identifying as Chainspeed apologising for late delivery because of this and that etc, advising it won’t be much longer ‘by the end of the week’. I hour later I receive Email stating part has been despatched & will be delivered in 2-3 days. 8 days later 26/04/2023 part still not arrived & there land line is not recognised.

    Purchased the Interphone Tour intercoms. It didn’t arrive in the time stated and I read the reviews and thought “here we go” To be fair they were really helpful and the communication was actually good contrary to the reviews. They notified me by phone once they came into the store and I received them next day so I’m actually really happy. Just knocking a star off for the delay of a week.

    (Translated by Google) I ordered and paid for an FMF exhaust for a CRF150R, after a few weeks I asked where the exhaust was, I was told that it had been ordered and that it would be sent to me as soon as it was there. I waited a long time but didn't get anything. I was put off again and again. I canceled my order. And I've been waiting for my money for two months now. The store is the last one. (Original) Ich hab ein FMF auspuff für eine CRF150R bestellt und bezahlt ,ich habe nach ein paar wochen nach gefragt wo der auspuff bleibt ,da wurde mir gesagt das er bestellt ist und sobalb er da ist zu mir geschickt wird . ich habe lange gewartet aber nichts bekommen .ich wurde immer wieder vertrösted .ich habe meine bestellung stoniert .und warte jetzt schon seit zwei monaten auf mein geld .der laden ist das letzte .

    POOR, 12 days for "in stock" AutoGlym products to arrive, nearly a week for order acknowledgement to be received, link to carrier didn’t work, called to chase no answer, left a message, no call back, goods arrived today poorly packaged, an experience I’ll not be repeating again!

    Dispute opened via PayPal. Thankfully used over £200 of PP credit and not my own money because after placing an order over 3wks ago I’ve had zero communication, no answer on phone and no response by emails. They basically take your money and vanish. I have since purchased all my bike bits from Pyramid Plastics which arrived next day.

    Very happy with Chainspeed. I bought 2 items for my wife bike from chainspeed. The first item was bought on the 30th May and the second item bought on the 10th June. Both items were with me between 1 to 3 weeks from the date i ordered them. When i rang them up i did not have to wait long for them to pick the phone up. The staff there was friendy and very helpful on the phone. I am very happy with the 2 items i bought and will buy from chainspeed again when it's needed. Thank you Chainspeed.....

    Please everyone, at all costs avoid Chainspeed. One of the absolute worst companies I have ever dealt with. Purchased an Evotech tail tidy for my bike 2 months ago. Once purchased, I was then told it was out of stock. Fair enough. I was told about 3 weeks to start with, that came and passed and I was then told up to another 3 weeks. In this time I got a notification to say they were back in stock at Evotech. Was told once Evotech had it, I would have it within a few days. I emailed Chainspeed to give them the heads up to recieve no reply. The following day I tried to phone and left a voicemail, but no reply. On the 3rd day I tried phoning twice with no reply. One week later I got a hold of someone and they assured me I would have it by Thursday of that week. No apology for lack of communication. Thursday came and gone and you guessed it no tail tidy. I phoned and left a voicemail Friday and an email with no response over weekend or the Monday. Tried phoning repeatedly until I got someone. They said they had it but it hadn't been shipped. It would be shipped the following day and would recieve within 2 days. Was told I would get an email with tracking information, then email came with no tracking information. Losing the will to live I waited the 2 days. No sign of tail tidy. Phoned again and amazingly got someone first time. I asked for the tracking ID to be sent to me. He did just that but no clue as to who was shipping it I couldn't track it. Another 7 phone call attempts later I got told it was shipping with DX. Straight onto their website to confirm they had my details but haven't recieved my parcel yet, very basic information. I hope to f$&k this turns up in the next few days. Worst company ever. 1 star because I couldn't give 0. Happy to take my money ages ago and communication less than non existent!!!!!
