Came here with my friends from the states and one of them was running late. After 9pm the main doors for Harrods close. At that time, you have to be escorted into another entrance. Our waitress (i think her name is Nancy ) was kind enough to get our friend from downstairs. Nancy in general really elevated our experience, she was extremely accommodating. They also held off on closing the kitchen until she placed her order. Overall, the food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and handled with care. Definitely a memorable experience and can’t wait to return.

Fantastic customer service. Lovely atmosphere. Few items were out of stock which was disappointing. Still water was not cold. Had to ask for ice. It is a very expensive restaurant. Sushi was the best thing there. Very fresh. Food overall is good. Dietary restrictions: Halal

Beautiful pan Asian cuisine located within Harrods. We started off with the wagyu puffs which literally melt in your mouth with its tender filling and buttery flaky pastry. The duck pancakes are to die for, with the garlic truffle oil. Lovely atmosphere, with great service too. We were also fortunate enough to experience the dim sum terrace one floor below- again beautiful venue with equally beautiful food. Highly recommend! Foodie heaven.

Lunch was very nice here today which is located on The 5th floor of Harrod’s. I had a Lobster Tempura Roll and sweet & sour chicken serve in Dragon Fruit. Both items were tasty and delicious. The open kitchen was behind the sushi bar. The decor was elegant and the staff was attentive. A nice spot to visit while shopping.

Very upscale and nice Asian cuisine experience. My favorite thing was by far the Korean Lobster and the wagyu puffs, they both were jam packed with great flavor. The old fashioned was fantastic, it had great a smoky flavor too it and went down smooth. From the minute we walked through the door we were taken care of with kindness and respect. We were shown to our table with a smile and we’re having our drinks orders taken within a few minutes. The wait staff was very friendly and happy to help by making suggestions. The atmosphere was very nice inside, classy and warm. I would not hesitate to go here again.

We loved the food and cocktails while visiting Harrod's. It was a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of Harrod's. I believe Tony was our server and he was phenomenal he recommended a specific way to have our noodles (crispy) they were phenomenal!!! Best Chinese restaurant I have had.

Service was more disappointing than the food. Our fried shrimps were soggy today. We told our server to let the cook know. She mentioned it to the manager and the manager never came to check on us. Our water was never refilled nor did our server checked on us. Supervisors were too busy chatting with each other in the corner to care. At this price point, we expected better customer service.
