This venue and the premier Inn that's attached to it will soon be charging guests to leave there car there, even if you have paid for a room, this is totally unacceptable in my eyes, horizon parking are paying premier Inn to manage their car park with the understanding that horizon keep any money they get from fines, I won't stay there again, sheer greed

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ONE ... Not walked to a table till nearly at a table. Just told couldnt sit at ones reserved. Starter sharing plater serves with chicken wings grey and blood coming out. The manager refused to touch them asking my partner to put them in a napkin. You will serve uncooked bad food but wont touch it 🤣 offerd more not even offerd a refund. Rest of our meals look warm n hardly eaten. we only stayed so kids could play in play area. Ask a till for refund after to be offerd 3.50 haha .. then asked for receipt to be told cant be printed till 24 hours later. All a joke and appauled I have eatem here many times. But can say I wont be coming back with my family or friends.
