I was on the phone 35 mins then they answered me I wanted my problem sorted out trying to explain then the lady on thr desk closed the phone in my face now I am on the phone again calling not happy 😑 1 bit this doctors should he closed down and the staff are so rude Its unreal once people leave then she outs out your a joke . Never heard rude people in my life special from doctors

Diabolical since college health taken over gone down hill bad can never get an appointment and when you do always telephone appointment and they not interested in helping with your issues what’s worse is they have the surgeries in Chadwell and tilbury can’t find another gp to go to 😡😡
