Discusting service my husband has chorns my child has epilepsy I been trying to book appointment since 8 but line keep discounting after 8.30 it wont trought but putted in hold for half an hour with out response.unable to get appointment receptionist are not good at all.

Stay away from this surgery, you won't get an appointment when you need specially emergency, patient's line up in the morning at the reception and get the emergency appointments so if you don't go there physically you have no chance, receptionist all of them are very un professional they don't speak to you with respect, I never experience any doctors surgery like this, my previous one was far better.

Usually I would have a lot of negative things to say about the receptionists, but not today Ren I met for the first time after speaking to her on the phone several times. Polite and professional, no nonsense, gets the job done whether she's on the phone or face to face. Reminds me of the reception staff when I first joined the surgery. Thank you Ren!
