I offered 5 starts for Dr. HANNAH. She always explained to me very polite and friendly with lots of information about my problem or my children's problem and answered to all my worries, so thanks to her all my big problem became a small one. You can see from far away she lives her job and looking after her patiens. I left always her room being thankful and more relax by getting the right treatment or the right check. We need more doctors like her. Thank you, Dr. Hannah. Also, I offered 5 starts for another Doctor from your surgery. Unfortunately, I do not know her name because all the time she said she is calling on behalf Ashton Surgery. She is doing telephone appointments. She is very kind and she does her job in a proper way explainig everything very well. When I waiting for a telephone appointment, I always hope to be her on the other side because she knows what she does and if she believe the patient need to be seen, she can get this for you. Thank you. Your nurse is very friendly and kind too. It's such a Joy when you meet people who loves their job and they do right things. It's very important the behaviour because I do not know someone who wants to be patient. So, please, DO not forget to be polite and friendly with each other. Makes our life happier.

I went there for my husbands blood test, and we were told the blood sample lab received was too old for test result. So because of your carelessness we had to book 1 more appointment and undergo 1 more blood test. Not expected this terrible service from a health center.

To be honest not all receptionist a few receptionist working here , and the old and longest one working there was very rude very very rude , I don’t know if they know their job ? . There’s no sympathy especially to all mother’s have kids … please quit you’re job being receptionist in this clinic if you acting bi*ch , we are not gonna need ur help if we don’t really need it , We being polite every time we called We called because WE NEED IT . It’s annoying when you guys acting bi*ch and rude to us and we all need is just an appointment . And you guys have sign that be “ POLITE “ how about you guys are you being polite to us. ???

(Translated by Google) The first time I was very good but after I went to the appointment it was a problem, you arrive early and they serve you late and besides you have to speak quickly because there are only 10 minutes in the appointment, now for me that I don't speak English it's worse There had never been a translator, just once there was one and and I suggested that they put one over the phone and what process, sometimes I had to call a friend and that she requested it the day she booked the appointment and you have to call to book an appointment a only one day a week in the afternoon and at least you have to wait two weeks for your appointment (Original) La primera vez que fui muy bueno pero ya despues que iba a las cita era un problema , llegas temprano y te atienden tarde y aparte tienes que hablar rapido por que son solo 10 minutos en la cita , ahora para mi que no hablo ingles mas malo nunca habia un traductor una sola vez fue uno y y les sugeria que me pusieran uno por telefono y que proceso , aveces tenia que llamar a una amiga y eso que lo solocitaba el dia de que reservara la cita y tienes que llamar para reservar una cita un solo dia a la semana en borario de la tarde y minimo tienes que esperar dos semanas para tu cita
