Excellent Service!!! Professional, punctual and deliver Claire reception - outstanding customer service and went out of her way to accommodate an emergency appointment. I phoned so many dentist for an emergency appointment with tel numbers from NHS UK, all but this one instantly stated they were only seeing registered patients for emergency bookings. This is not the case any NHS dental surgery needs to offer emergency appointments to all NHS not just there their own patients. Chadwell Dental Practise asked me to call back for a cancellation and then promptly registered and booked my son to be seen by a dentist on same day. Will recommend to others, only negative was building could do with a bit of TLC, but Iām sure they will get round to it. 5 stars to all staff at this dental practice.
