    Do not buy!!! We went and test drove a car was lovely, they were nice. They put a new MOT on the car. ( I don’t know a lot about cars) but the new MOT made me feel better. 5 days later I went to pick the car up with no issues. Put fuel in and within 30 mins the car had no power and the engineer had smoke coming out of it, and smelt horrendous. A burning electrical smell. I called the garage to tell them and I got told I can have someone come out to me maybe Monday or Tuesday( I brought on Saturday) or half my money back. I told them how upset & angry I was and they just said “the car is fine” I continued to explain how it’s not. The man got very angry and told me it’s my fault & I’m banned from their garage! I took the car back straight away (with it still smoking & smelling) they came out and said they could not smell it but then said the break caliper had gone without checking the car. Clearly they knew the car had an issue and are most likely doing dodgy MOTs as it passed less than 2 weeks ago. I completely understand cars have issues, but I had this car for less than 2 hours, the customer service I received was awful.

    Went to view a car. Arranged for 11am. He arrived bang on time. He gave me the keys and allowed me to look the car over without hanging around me. I didn't buy it in the end but found the sales person very pleasant not pushy and very open and honest. Looks like a nice well layed out place with plenty of cars to choose from at good prices. I'm going to keep an eye on their stock in the hope a car comes in for me.

    Found a car on their website. Booked a test drive and all was fine. After a few days I collected said car. I booked the car in for a health check and some issues were found. I phoned up to point these out, and emailed the list across, waiting to be called back about these, I ended up phoning them. To date, I am still waiting for my call to be returned, to no avail. Not a good start.

    Brought a Volvo C30, first month the car spend its life back at the garage getting fixed under warranty, just after the warranty expired 4 months later the turbo went, £1000 later and no less than 2 months it’s now got a big read light on the dash and is waiting to be collected by the AA, would never buy a car from here again. Thought only 80k on the clock would mean it’s got some kind of life in it but apparently not. Edit: was one start now 3. The car went a long time ago and hasn’t been on the road since but it wasn’t entirely this company’s fault, a common fault that was over looked on this car by both me and the salesman cause extensive damage to the ecu killing the car. However I can no longer feel comfortable putting full blame on this company, just got unlucky.
